| Delivery - Standard (UK Destinations)
Postage
& Packing is charged by the final weight of your combined
purchases and our charges are generally considered very fair in our industry.
We aim to dispatch all orders within
one to two days of the order being placed and payment cleared.
On checkout our system will give you various options for postage
from lowest cost to highest. Combined order values of under
£10 have most options available, orders above this value can only
be sent with signed for services. Orders above £39 have
postage automatically calculated for extra insurance cover. These
policies are in place to protect both you the customer and us from loss
of goods during transit.
Next
Day delivery options are available on parcels upto 2 Kg, please choose
your service during the checkout stage.
Delivery - Overseas
All
overseas orders will be calculated for Air Mail Small Packet unless
over an order value of £10. Orders greater than this value
will be sent International Signed for.
Returns Policy
Items
must be returned within 7 days - please contact us immediately a
problem is discovered, detailing the nature of the problem by email at
returns@billetparts.co.uk
Faulty and damaged items will be replaced and sent out
by return on receipt and verification by us of the defective item.
Unwanted
Goods must be unused and returned in original packaging within 7
days of delivery. Unwanted goods can be restocked after prior
authorisation from us with credit given less the original shipping fee.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
